    • 'The receptionist was very helpful and cheerful. The doctor was very informative and made me feel like he really understood my situation and needs.'
    • 'From booking an appointment, to the interaction with the Receptionist and then the care received from the Doctor was all exceptional.'
    • 'The cardiac nurse took her time to explain everything to me in simple terms and gave me some very helpful advice and an understanding of my current conditions.'
    • 'Reception was nice, was seen on time or nearly, and the Dr was fantastic, very helpful and made me feel like he had time to listen to me.'

We have made a number of improvements from feedback that we have received:
